Benicar is an Antihypertensive drug, it can treat high blood pressure.

Drug class: Angiotensin II receptor antagonist

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration warned that Benicar, Benicar HCT, Azor and Tribenzor can cause intestinal problems known as sprue-like enteropathy”, which induces similar symptoms to celiac disease.
